Insufficient address from buyer
What happens when buyer provided insufficient address? It’s been a week and I have no received the item back. Buyer had 0 feedback btw

Mentor3 years agoIt takes longer to get an item back when there is an insufficient address. When you get the item back, advise the buyer. S/he will have to send reshipping money if s/he still wants the item. You can send your Paypal email address to the buyer so s/he can use the SEND MONEY option. If the buyer does not want to pay to reship, you can refund item price only.
