Insufficient Address

Question

I sold an item last month but today I get the package beck due to insufficient address. I had to pay $5.22 to get the item back. I sent the buyer a message, no response. Should I refund the price of the item or let ebay deal with it. I do free shipping so it will cost me more to reship.

@bruce10172012 I would refund the item price only minus all shipping costs. eBay doesn't require a buyer to refund for items that are returned to sender due to the buyer not providing a proper address but refunding the item price is what most sellers do.

Then add the buyer to your blocked list since they are not responding.
