Insufficient address
So i shipped a $200 item to a customer from California to Florida. The item makes it all the way to the buyers city after a week through usps, and then yesterday I got a notification that the item is being returned due to insufficient address, I bought the label through ebay and just had the address the customer listed. I paid like $30 to ship this. What is the next step i should take and am I gonna get screwed on this?

YOU will be just fine. You are protected by Ebay seller protection if you shipped to the address on the buyer's payment, shipped within your stated handling time on the purchase and have electronic tracking. All of which sounds like you took care of. So relax, you are going to be just find.
When the item arrives back, contact your buyer and let them know that the item has been returned and why. Let them know that you will refund them for the item price less what you charged the for shipping and you non recoverable fees, which would be for the shipping amount you kept and the 40 cent fixed transaction fee. So you would keep the $30 plus FVFs on the $30 and another 40 cents.
If they want to purchase it again and you are willing to do that, you can set up a new listing for them to purchase from. Remind them to make sure their ship to address is corrected on the new purchase.
