Insufficient Address
I sent package by USPS and they send me back the reason insufficient address, I sent massage to buyer and he never answer and do anything to correct the address, since this is not my fault do Ebay still charge me fee??

Mentor2 years agoSince the buyer isn't responding, you can refund the buyer the purchase price of the item (not including shipping if shipping is stated as a separate cost). Your fees for the refunded amount will be credited to you.
