Insufficient address…
I was just notified that a buyer didn’t put the correct address on their eBay account. Now the item is being returned to me. What is the best course of action?

Mentor3 years agoLet the buyer know the situation. Then when you receive the package back, you can refund the item price (not including shipping). If the buyer still wants the item, you can relist it so he can repurchase it. Advise him to review the displayed address at checkout and edit it if needed before completing payment.
