Instructions for reinstating my restricted account

I received an email from eBay stating that my account was restricted. The email also stated that at the bottom of that email will be instructions on how to lift the restriction on my account. Needless to say the instructions were not attached to the bottom of the email. I contacted eBay via telephone and explain to me I do not have instructions on the email they profusely apologize and said they would get back to me within 24 or 48 hours to correct email that will have them instructions at the b...

eBay usually says why they restricted you in a message and if there is anything you can do to recover your account. Follow all instructions even if they are redundant such as providing tracking for labels purchased on eBay.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
