Insertion fees

Question

Hello, I have one active listing with starting auction price of $29 with buy it now price of $69 ending in four days. I understand that I will be charged a percentage if the item sells. My question is if item doesn't sell, will i be charged an insertion fee?

Have been on ebay for some time but not continuously and selling in small quantity. Is ebay now charging insertion fees unless I open a store or pay a monthly subscription?

There are no insertion fees, unless you selected an option that has an extra fee, such as subtitle, BOLD title, 2 categories, a reserve price, 1-day and 3-day duration.
