Insertion fees are what you pay when you list an item. They are nonrefundable and have nothing to do with whether or not an item sells.
Final value fees are what you pay when an item sells … and usually are refunded back to the seller if the buyer needs to be refunded.

Mentor5 months agoInsertion fees have nothing to do with whether an item sells or not. If you have no free credits left or are using any special chargeable or non-refundable options, then you are charged a fee.
