Insertion Fees
Can someone explain why I am getting insertion fees from items I listed last year all the way back to June. Is this standard for eBay to wait this long and if so why are the ones I am getting now immediate. Any one having this issue as well.

I see you have over 1400 items listed and that you have an eBay store. Depending on the store level and the number of monthly pre-paid insertions it includes if you exceed that amount in any one month then listings that Relist above that amount are charged an insertion fee.
Buy it now GTC listings Relist on the same day they were originally created and launched to the Active list.
If none of the above applies and if it were me I would END those listings and then do a Sell Similar which creates a duplicate listing and see if that strips off any erroneous charges that were attached t the origina listing.
Additionally, make sure the charges are insertion fees and not Listing upgrades, the upgrades are charged EACH time an item is Relisted.
