Insertion fees
I have removed some listings, so that I'm under the 250 limit and I'm still getting charged insertion fees every month. Most of my listings are fixed price and allow offers. They are listed s good until canceled. Is there a reason I'm being charged the fees?

If you ended a number of items in July to get below 250, you may had already used an insertion in July for some that you ended, leaving others still needing an insertion. Items generally renew on the same date each month - the exception being the items that renew on the 31st - they will renew on the 30th in 30 day months. A similar adjustment is made in Feb, so that no item uses 2 insertions in the same month.
You are at 235 items now, so as long as you do not add more than 15 more items net, you should not pay any insertion fees in Aug. To add more than 15 new items, you would need to cancel some items before they use an insertion in Aug. You can sort your items by newly listed in search, or by ending date in seller hub to see when specific items will renew.
