Two good links for you to the Help Pages on Selling fees and Zero insertion fees for listings. Each account gets Zero Insertion fees each month based on their account level ... Non Store and Store owners. If you stay below the monthly allotment you pay no insertion fees. When you go over the allotment you pay them as soon as the item is listed. The Fee amount is shown to you just before clicking the final time to make it active giving you the chance to back out before paying.
