INR Royal Mail
Hi,
I bought an item on eBay which was dispatched on the 25th of March. I still haven't received the item however the seller provided a tracking number which shows "Accepted at Post Office" and has been on that since the day of dispatch. I've started an INR claim and the option to escalate this case to eBay is on the 7th of April however, I have contacted Royal Mail regarding this and they have told me that a parcel/letter is only deemed as lost if it hasn't been delivered 10 days after the expected delivery date (expected delivery date was the 30th of March). My understanding is that if a case is escalated any decision made by eBay is final. In this case, who would eBay favour?
