INR has been deliveered and same day, my account is restricted due to this same INR???
I was performing a routine audit on my account and noticed that an item I had sold and shipped was not updating with tracking ifo like everything else was. I contacted the buyer to see if they had received their item and they said no so I told them I would send another one and include a freebie doubling their order for free as a token of apology for the delay. The next day, they opened a Item Not Received case. I responded repeating my promise to send a new item and to double their order for free and assured them I would be monitoring it's progress until delivery. Today, I got an email from ebay that it had been delivered. I messaged the buyer and asked them to close the case and to leave feedback. Nect, I trasnferred some money from my seller account and immediatly following that I got a message that my account was now restricted.....??? When I clicked on the RELOVE THIS ISSUE tab, it too me to the same case stating that I had to update tracking info. I couldn't do this however because once an item is delivered you can no longer update the tracking info.... SO WHY IS MY ACCOUNT RESTRICTED>???
