I recently purchased three Supreme bags on eBay, but I have encountered the following issues:

I ordered a black bag, but I received an olive (khaki) colored bag instead.
The blue bag appears to be counterfeit, as the Supreme logo font is not made of the authentic 3D material found on genuine products.

I have already contacted the seller regarding these issues and would like your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I am requesting an exchange for the correct (authentic and correct color) items or a refund. I can provide photos if needed.

You need to open a return request with eBay. This is a formal request and the seller needs to reply or you can ask eBay to step in.
