Inquiry about Viewing Customized Packing Slips
Hello,
I would like assistance with viewing the original packing slip for a specific order, especially after custom messages have been added. I often personalize the message on packing slips with information relevant to the customer or the item purchased. However, once I edit the message for a new order, I'm unable to view the packing slip associated with previous orders.
When I access the drop down menu for an order and select "Print Packing Slip," it only displays the latest version I edited, not the custom message intended for that specific order. Could you please advise if there's a way to access the original packing slip with its customized message for each order?
