Input on shipping to US buyer with zero feedback and mailing address name in Cyrillic
Hi, I was curious if anyone might share their input/experience as a seller for shipping a recently purchased item to a US address where the buyer provided addressee name in Cyrillic and feedback rating is zero (0). I am wondering if I should simply cancel and refund. Thanks
