Summary: orr4sale expressed frustration after eBay removed a listing due to alleged infringement on intellectual property rights. Despite appealing and reaching out to the rights owner, they have not received a clear explanation of the infringement. inceptions advised contacting the rights owner for clarification and warned against relisting the item without proper confirmation. orr4sale indicated difficulty in obtaining a response from the rights owner, hindering their understanding of the issue.
I received this note from ebay that they removed my item (shown below) because of "infringing their intellectual property rights".
I appealed it and asked how my listing infringed, ebay denied my appeal and sent the info below.
How can I not infringe on Delta's intellectual property rights, in the future, if I don't know what the infringement is?

My listing was removed, so I can't link to it, but this listing is close to what my listing was. There are over 100 listing just like mine.

The verified rights owner reported your listing to eBay to have it removed. You need to follow the instructions given in both emails to contact the rights owner.
If you want to report the other listings to the rights owner, you may be able to do that as well when you make contact.
Don't relist the item UNLESS the rights owner agrees that the listing should not have been reported and they contact eBay; otherwise you may jeopardize your ability to continue as a seller. Be sure to get confirmation from eBay that you can relist before you do (assuming that the rights owner allows it).

How do I find out what the problem was?

You'll need to speak to the rights owner to find out. If there was a phone number in the message you received, call that. Otherwise you'll have to wait for their response.
