INELIGIBLE TO BID
I was on a eBay live auction just watching. There was a button that said INELIGIBLE TO BID. I clicked it to see how I could become eligible. It placed a bid and I won. I did not place a bid by clicking that button. I asked seller to cancel but they have not responded yet. How did this happen??? Thanks!!!!!
