Industrialoreos, I am wondering how many other people have dealt with this guy on eBay and got cheat
I am trying to find out from the community how many people have been cheated or ripped off by this seller on eBay he goes by industrialoreos, and I'm sure I am not the only person he has done this way. But I ordered a kids metal detector from him and it never arrived until 12 days late so I returned it to him and now he laughs and says he is not giving me a refund even though he's got the item back. eBay will not do anything about it I tried to get them investigate it plus PayPal and it seems I still cannot get my money back from him. I suggested to eBay maybe they should kick him off of eBay as a seller if he is just ripping everybody off like that but wondering what else to do if anything and if everybody else that's had trouble with this guy would also complain or send eBay something about him I'm sure it would help. He got mad because I gave him negative feedback and said if I would resend the negative feedback and give him positive feedback I could keep the item free plus he would refund my money well he talked me into doing that but I done returned the item and he now he refuses to give me my refund so everybody on here that sees this should know do not deal with this guy he is a crook and a scammer. I've done filed a complaint with postal inspectors because that is mail fraud and wire fraud they told me so I guess I will see what comes of it. Oh well thanks for listening and I will post a pic showing that he has already received the item back on July 1st.

Mentor1 year ago@itshood I am sorry that the seller used FeedBack Extortion in exchange for a promise of a refund which never came.
If you refused the package it was returned to sender then that voids your eBay Money Back Guarantee. Returning the item without a case also voids the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

If a package arrives empty or was damaged in transit, the buyer should accept the delivery and report that the item doesn't match the listing.
You only have protection under the eBay Money Back Guarantee if you returned the item with an eBay return shipping label. With your item since it came later than stated on the listing you could have filed a not as described return request. Reason doesn't match the description
The item arrived after the latest estimated delivery date

The return is treated as if the item didn't match the listing.
You may still have protection with your credit card if you provide the tracking that shows delivery back to the seller.

HOW did you return the item? Did you refuse the package? Or did you file an official return request and use an eBay return label?
How the item is returned affects your rights as a buyer with eBay.
