Indirect payment to a seller
I have just had to get an order cancelled as the seller couldn't combine all the items on a combined postage invoice. I had a similar situation before and eBay were unable to step in directly to help. This seller bought a postage box but as he couldn't combine everything, I got to cancel, he was not happy but did so. I honestly can't blame him. Is there any way to get the money to the seller to pay for the box as a sign of good faith? I feel really bad but I was stung before and eBay couldn't help.
