INDIA postal system stuck - Sellers off the hook
Returned item stuck at INDIA customs for 3 months . still no refund? There is absolutely nothing that can be done from U.S.A. according to USPS. Seller says never received returned defective item so will not issue refund. Is there no recourse? Can't eBay stop seller from India since so much trouble?
