Incorrectly advertised my item and seller wants refund

I don't need item returned. I just want his money refunded.Please help me!

While you can just refund them for the drop down menu next to the item, it is best if your have buyer open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED and you select refund only without return.

@joazich-79 Locate the order in Seller Hub. https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord From the dropdown menu, select Send refund. Choose a reason for the refund. Specify a refund amount for the item or for the order. Enter the desired refund amount, and select Send refund.
