Incorrect upcharge for UPS billing through eBay
We were charged additional fees for a package that was measured, weighed and accepted by a UPS store representative. The package was a special box inside a shipping box and the appropriate weight and measurements were taken into account when printing the label. Somewhere someone determined that instead of a pound and a couple of ounces the shipping weight should have been 12 pounds! and ergo the mysterious upcharge.
My question is who do I dispute this errant charge with? eBay, UPS or my credit card company?
Oh, I have the original acceptance receipt from the UPS Store which shows the correct weight.
