Incorrect title on my listing
I realized there was an error on my listing but someone already bid on it so I am unable to change it. I want to reach out to the bidder to let them know, but I am unable to do so. I was on the phone with Ebay support for 30 minutes and they couldn't help. Does anyone know how to reach out to bidders during the bidding?

Cancel the bid and end the listing due to "error in the listing" and relist with the correct information.
