Incorrect solar panel watts
I bought 2 solar panels that were advertised as 500w but they are far from it and only produce 6.2 amps each directly from the panels in full midday sun and is nowhere near the 27.8 amps advertised. The seller said they were probably damaged and would send 2 more than proceeded to ignore any of my further messages. It has been more than 90 days for me to find out that they weren't working and past the ebay guarantee but they have 12 months warranty. Seller has done the same to other buyers. What can I do if seller won't respond.

Mentor8 months agoThere isn't anything you can do on Ebay if the seller won't respond since the Ebay Money Back Guarantee has passed. Warranties are issued by the manufacturer.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the solar panels to file a dispute.

I'm sorry that happened.
File a paypal or credit card chargeback if the seller doesn't solve the issue.
Make sure you check how many days they allow, and don't exceed that. Some allow 90 days, some 180 days for a chargeback.
