Incorrect size on a received purchase. I need assistance in returning it for the correct requested

This is the 2nd time My requested 3/8 size has been shipped with 9/16 , A significant difference in sizes ! Especially a size that I cannot use !! eBayâ€™s Automated system is telling me that I donâ€™t have any recent orders .. Which is incorrect ! Seeing I just purchased these 3 weeks ago ! Thereâ€™s know seller contact information on the shipped package . Except for return to Mike , with an address . eBay and its non user friendly Webb site has been basically useless in resolving this problem...

Did you purchase this as a guest user or with a different Ebay account?

If you purchased as a Guest user, follow these instructions:

Find the email with the subject line starting â€œOrder Confirmedâ€.
Select View order details.
Choose Return item.
Select your reason for returning the item.
Select Next.
If you like, you can add a message for the seller and add up to 10 photos.
Select Confirm return.

If the seller does not cooperate, you can return to your Return Request and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help.

From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details
From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
