Incorrect Size and Seller won't ACCEPT return
How would I access the ebay dispute center. This seller said shoes were 8.5 mens when it's a womans' size and won't accept return . Any help greatly appreciated

Mentor1 year agoA seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
If the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
Note: Be sure you don't select "wrong size" as the reason. That means you picked the wrong size. Your item is "not as described."
