incorrect shipping label provided
The ebay shipping label provided to me for the item I am selling has the wrong address on it for where its being shipped from. So just in case there is a return the item would be shipped to the wrong address. How can I get ebay to send me a new shipping label.

Mentor2 years agoYou will need to void this label first.

Go to your address page and update as needed.

Now when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.
