Incorrect Shipping Label for Electronics With Batteries
I requested a return due to inaccurate listing (returns otherwise unavailable) and it started to process. Problem is, I've been given a shipping label unsuitable for my needs, an air shipping label -- it was a camera with a battery, therefore it must be done with a ground shipping label otherwise USPS rejects it.
But I'm not sure what to do next. This return is an Ebay return, not a seller return. Where do I report this so that I may get the correct label?
