Incorrect Shipping Label
Hello All,
I sold an item and the buyer selected UPS Ground (I selected this in the add) so I went thru the proceess of printing the Label via EBay to which EBay sent me a USPS Media Mail Label, not the UPS Ground Label the Buyer selected and this is the second time EBay has done this to me.
Any help would be appreciated.

OP3 years agoThank you for your help, sorry for the late reply too. I did cancel the label and purchase the correct one. I would think that buyers should know that UPS/FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes, apparently I was wrong. I now put that at the end in the description section as a “NOTEâ€.

·3 years agoAre you sure you chose UPS when you went to buy the shipping label?
I don't know why, but I've noticed a few times where Media Mail would be the default when you go to buy a label, so you gotta check it.
Void the USPS label, then buy one for UPS.
With USPS, you have 5 days to void the shipping label.
Go to your shipping labels and click Void in the menu next to the label.
It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

thank you for your reply. Yes I did check the correct shipping mode of UPS, I looked before asking in this Help Email. I will cancel the label as I did with the other. By the way I did notice the buyers Ship To Address is a PÓ Box however Media Mail is still incorrect mode of shipping. FedEx, UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Mentor3 years agoSince Fed Ex and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, if you are going to offer those shipping options, you need to BLOCK P.O. Boxes in your shipping preferences.
When you go to print the buyer's shipping label, you will need to select priority or select ground, which ever is the least expensive.
