Incorrect shipping label
A buyer purchased a floor buffer from me and received a
USPS shipping label however USPS doesn’t ship items
that large.

If you created a USPS label, you will need to cancel that label and ship it another way.
The buyer does not receive the label; you create the label when you are ready to ship the package.
Box it up, get the correct size/dimensions and weights and check with UPS or FedEx to see if they will take a package that big.
To void a shipping label you printed on eBay, follow these steps:
Go to Manage shipping labels.
Find the item, then under the Actions column, select More Actions and choose Void.
Choose your reason for voiding the label and optionally add a message for the buyer.
Select Void shipping label to complete the process.
Note the time limits based on your shipping service:
USPS: You have 5 days to void the label; refunds take up to 21 days for approval.
UPS: You have 24 hours to void the label; if unused within 5 days, it will void automatically with credit issued.
FedEx: Labels cannot be voided because charges occur only after delivery.
