Incorrect shipping info on my lising

Listing keeps telling customer that I do not ship to his state of Mn. I live in US and have never refused shipping to another state. I have relisted this item and offered discount but error keeps showing

Usually when a buyer gets a message that the seller does not ship to his/her state, it usually means that ebay cannot calculate the shipping cost from the seller's zip code to the buyer's zip code because the shipping method is missing or the weight/dimensions entered are in error.
