Incorrect shipping fees
Just sold an item. Listed item with ground advantage at $16.65. Buyer bought and paid $48.40 for shipping for ground advantage. How did this happen?

You set up calculated shipping (which is the correct way to do it) so that the buyer pays the cost to his zip code. Calculated shipping is based on weight and package size as well as distance between you and the buyer. You see $16.65 to your zip code. Someone on the west coast would pay $48.40 to their zip code.
All is well.
