Incorrect shipping fee adjustment
I just got a notification that eBay got a message from UPS that I underpaid my shipping and they were billing me for the difference. I shipped a golf club and the weight of the boxed item was 2 pounds. I've shipped many and this is a pretty standard weight.
The message adjusted my weight from UPS to 40.00 pounds billing me an additional $35.00!
Anyone know how I can dispute this egregious error?
