Incorrect shipping cost adjustment. UPS. How do I dispute. Have several lately.
I have recently had every item I ship UPS come back with an adjustment that is in error. I.E. weight on label 384 oz. even though I entered 24 lbs. They are charging me an additional $38.46 saying the billable weight is 24 lbs. 384 ounces IS 24 pounds! I have never until recently had any adjustments. If someone can assist me in the process to dispute the adjustments, I would be most appreciative. I tried to go through the customer service search and speaking with the automated assistant but have just been going in circles. I have all of my documentation and proof so I'm hoping this is somewhat simple once I have the golden key to get started. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

It sounds like it's possibly a dimensional surcharge.
Only eBay customer service can file the dispute since they are the UPS customer. I recommend contacting CS on social media to ask them to do this. Keep in mind that UPS does sometimes add incorrect surcharges but there are CORRECT surcharges that you can read about on the UPS website.
Personally if I have an item that is too large or heavy to ship via USPS then I use UPS and buy the label from PIrateship.com. Pirateship helps with insurance claims and surcharge disputes. UPS does have a list of valid surcharges on their website too. UPS does not add surcharges as often as Fed Ex does.
The best way to contact eBay for this is on social media
