incorrect shipping charges on my auctions
Has anyone had an issue with incorrect shipping charges on their auctions lately? This is the first time I've ever had this occur and I don't know why. The last set of items that I had listed for auction unfortunately all had the same shipping price being quoted of $8.18. This was a problem because I had a lot of heavier items so the shipping was incorrect. I checked the listing templates that I have used over and over, and I do have the proper options selected to have the shipping vary by buyer location and I also have the proper weight of each item.

Mentor2 years agoI looked at your sold listings. Each one shows $10.85 shipping to me in 92802. Each of those items weigh the same weight?

OP2 years agoNo, each item had a different weight. Some were as low as two pounds and some were up around nine or ten pounds and the shipping price was all the same. Thank you for looking at the auctions though and confirming it for me.
