Incorrect Shipping Address Provided - after item was shipped
I shipped out an item to the address provided by the buyer. I purchased the label through eBay. The item was returned due to an insufficient address.
1. Who should be paying for the next label to ship it to the updated address from the buyer?
2. If the buyer should be paying for it, how do I get payment from them? I don't see an option to charge them for a shipping label.

Mentor2 years agoYou can send them a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipping.
