incorrect sales tax charged
anyone else have issues with incorrect sales tax? when a coupon or discount used with items, Ebay is charging tax on the pre coupon price and not final price of item. My location requires a 10% sales tax, but Ebay charged 13%

Sales tax is calculated on the pre-coupon price of the item plus the shipping. This is not an eBay thing...it's how it works on every website I buy from.
