Incorrect reporting in Seller Hub

I am based in UK and, as a seller, I use Seller Hub to get a summary of sales / performance. Just recently, my summary report statistics are all reporting zero event though I have made sales and in the Performance Report, top right there is a option to change country. It defaults to United States but my sales are predominantly in United Kingdom. If I select United Kingdom I get the correct reporting statistics but if I leave and return to tghis page, it defaults back to US. How do I ensure that it defaults to UK permanently?

You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.co.uk
There is currently a glitch when you search, bringing you over here.
In the future, use the SHOP BY CATEGORY on the left side of the screen, or type in your KEYWORDS and then use the SEARCH on the right side.

If you have a page opened to the U.S. Site ( ebay.com ) where you have asked this question, it defaults other ebay pages to this site. Close out the U.S. pages then login to www.ebay.co.uk . Then you can access your seller hub and go to the U.K.'s community to ask questions. Look for the Member to Member option on the U.K. community pages, which is their version of the Mentor board.
