Incorrect replacement auto parts
Purchase lower control arm for my only car, hired a mechanic to install the control arms and once completed the purchase control arms were incompatible with my car, dimensions were off in two directions, by at least an inch, so the wheels would not align, I had to go to a local parts house to buy another set of control arms and again pay the mechanic to replace them. I believe the seller should reimburse me not only for the parts, but also for one payment to my mechanic, but so far they have only offered to refund 10% of the purchase price of the components. Am I being unfair about requesting a full refund as well as a refund for paying my mechanic's
fee to change them out again?

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. You have 30 days from date of receipt. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
