INCORRECT PRODUCT
I ordered a specific part number from a seller and received the incorrect part number. Seller says no returns but I want the correct part. How do I go about contacting them for the correct part? I tried to find a way to contact them but an getting nowhere. I clicked on the contact seller and put my info in but it just stalls there.

Ignore their No returns policy, it does not cover them sending the wrong thing to you. They are not going to send you the correct part and they may have already added you to their blocked list so you can't communicate with them.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

OP8 months agothank you for the reply. In this case we might be out. I ordered this part under a guest and paid by credit card so we could repair a customers mower asap. We did not have an account. I just created a account in hopes to get this resolved. All I have is the guest confirmation number and order number. Do you know if I can go about the return that way just by using the order number?

Good news! You are STILL covered when you make a Guest purchase:
First, you are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Next, you may have inadvertently purchased as a Guest so you will have to log OUT of your eBay account to do anything with the Guest purchase. The email you received should have a link for you and this Help page will assist you as well: Buying as a guest | eBay
On a side note, Guest purchases cannot be merged with an eBay account nor can you leave Feedback on the transaction.
