Incorrect paperwork by seller resulted in huge custom fees for buyer.
Seller did not provide a proper paperwork for the US custom and as a result I got severely overcharged by customs broker. I couldn't find a way to contact seller to request a proper invoice, nor (of course) seller would accept my return request. What are my options in this situation?
