Incorrect package size
I didn’t add package weight and size , and somehow the incorrect package weight and size was used by the buyer to calculate the shipping … which I knows will not be enough to cover shipping

If you underestimated the cost of shipping, you will have to pay the difference on your own.
In the future, use Ebay's shipping calculator based on precise weight, exact dimensions, method of shipping and based on the buyer's shipping address.

OP1 year agoI don’t recall entering any size and weight information… and I certainly would not have entered the size and weight that was used to calculate the shipping cost … if I did not enter it, where did I t come from?
