incorrect listing description
I recently purchased 6 8# bags of Pretty Litter cat litter. The listing was for 2 bags so I bought 3 of them, expecting 6 bags of 8# each. Instead I received 8 6# bags. I know it's the same amount but I don't want 6# bags!! I want 8# bags! I have large litter boxes and the 8# bags are perfect. Just a pain to have to open another bag and divide it up to make 8#.

Mentor3 years agoYou can return them at the seller’s expense, if it is really worth the hassle.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

OP3 years agoNot worth the hassle but just ticks me off. If I’d wanted 6# bags I would have bought 6 # bags. Why can’t they be honest?
