Incorrect list
I made an incorrect price . And one buyer has purchase. I message him that the price was for one item instead a set of 12. already deactivated the list. And I have redu corrected. We need return the money to the buyer

You need to cancel the transaction - you must use the reason ‘I am out of stock’ after selecting cancel in your list of sold items.
You must fund the full refund. eBay will then release the buyer’s payment and reverse the fees that are eligible for credit. No one likes it, but that is how refunds work for all of us.
