Incorrect Item shipped.
I was sent an obviously Wrong Part by Baers_Spares. I returned it at the Post Office and awaited reimbursement. Numerous emails since I was not aware of the extensive 'Return Policy'.
Bank was unable to help. I am out about $140-150 Cdn. How do I appeal this International Shipment refund refusal?
