Incorrect Item Received - Urgent Return Label Requested (Order #[Order Number])
Dear Ebay,
I am contacting you regarding Order #[Order Number].
I received the wrong item in my shipment, and I have not received a response to my previous message.
The item is currently at my warehouse, and I need to return it as soon as possible.
Please provide a prepaid return shipping label so I can ship this package back and proceed with the exchange or full refund. I look forward to your prompt response. Best regards,

This is not the place to request a return shipping label. To get one go to your purchase history, click on the More actions button for the transaction, On the page that opens click on Return item select Wrong item sent as the reason for the return, and follow through to file the dispute which will show up on your My ebay page.
The seller will have 3 days to either send you a return shipping label or issue you a refund if they do not want to pay the return shipping cost. If they do neither or make excuses on day four open the dispute and click on the ask ebay to step in button, and you will receive a full refund from the seller's account.
