Incorrect Fee
The other day I purchased an item. The seller and I agreed on a price, however, when I bought the item I was charged a different price. I contacted seller and she said she doesn't know how to change the the price.
HELP! How do I get the price change?

Mentor4 months ago@sj8-2420 That can happen if you pay from your cart vs the offer that was agreed on.
The only way to fix this is the seller has to go to the sold listing and select Send Refund from the drop down menu next to the item. The seller can than issue a partial refund using the reason other.
