Incorrect address

Question

Buyer has the wrong address on her profile, and wants me to send to an alternate address. I have asked her all day to cancel the order, fix her personal information and re-purchase. No response as of yet.

The buyer can't cancel an order, they can only ask the seller to cancel it.
