Incorrect 1099K
I received an incorrect 1099-K from eBay. I am unable to find a way to speak to a real live person. All I get is a prerecorded tape. Any advice?

Your 1099k is gross receipts. Refunds are not deducted, fees and shipping costs are not deducted.
